CORPORATE PLANNING OFFICER

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration
  • Have at least 3 years work experience in market/industry research and/or corporate/strategic planning work
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Excellent (spoken and written) communication skills
  • Proficient in preparing reports and presentations
  • Good organizational skills

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform market/industry as inputs to Management’s formulation of business strategies (research on changing market trends, business opportunities, relevant changes in rules and policies)
  • Assist in organizational review to develop strategic plans of the company
  • Monitor and report company’s performance vis-à-vis 5-year strategic goals and yearly targets
  • Assist in the strategic planning and implement planning activities of the company
  • Analyze and report on performance on KPI’s, goals and objectives
  • Generate dashboard reports/presentations

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in Learning and Development, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role for at least for Assistant Manager to Senior Assistant Manager Level
  • Work experience in the Power Plant/Utilities/ Manufacturing Industry is preferred
  • Subject matter expertise on the following; Advance MS Office Applications, Fundamentals of Power Plant and Competency Based Training
  • Preferably with the knowledge in Integrated Management System ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Learning Design, Development and Implementation ( specific program shall be assigned by the Site L&D Head)
    1. Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Evaluation
    2. Training Calendar
    3. Training Database Maintenance
    4. Training Policies, Procedures & Training Standards
    5. Training Facilitation, Internal Accreditation, and Development of Training Modules
    6. Training Administration (report generation and analysis as requested)
    7. Development and Accreditation of Pool of Qualified Service Providers for External & In-House Trainings
    8. Key Support to Business Excellence Initiatives
  1. Succession Planning Management
    1. Identification of Successors
    2. Targeted Training Plan Implementation
    3. Gap Assessments
  2. Talent Management for Global Business Power Institute for Energy

LEGAL COUNSEL FOR OPERATIONS

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Graduate of Bachelor of Laws
  • Preferably with post graduate degree will be an advantage
  • Has background in Energy Industry
  • Must hold a license to practice law in the Philippines
  • Minimum of 3 years general work experience in a law office, or equivalent experience in government or other private company. Work experience in corporate law, litigation and in the Philippine Power Industry will be a great advantage

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides legal advice intended to reduce and control legal risks in a variety of areas including Regulatory and Compliance, Commercial Contracts, Accounting and Finance, Purchasing Contracts, Human Resource and Administration, Litigation, and a variety of other generalists areas to satisfy the Company Legal and Business objectives
  • Acts as secretariat of the Board/s of Director and any committee of the company
